There are two methods of installation:

Installation Method 1:
When the installation quantity is small, a simple installation method can be adopted. Specifically, the method of using bolts and nuts of the corresponding specifications is adopted. As shown in the right picture, the self-tapping thread insert is fixed on the screw of the corresponding model, and fixed with the nut of the same model to make the three become a whole. Use a wrench to screw the thread insert into the bottom hole, and then withdraw the screw.

Installation Method 2:
For batch installation of self-tapping thread inserts, a special thread insert installation tool can be used. Refer to the right diagram for the specific operation method. The end of the tool in the diagram is a square shank with four sides, which can be installed using a manual wrench, and it can also be adapted to power tools or pneumatic tools.
